- 400g Bucatini
- 150g Pecorino Romano, grated
- Freshly ground black pepper
- Salt
Instructions
- Cook the bucatini in a large pot of boiling salted water until al dente.
- Reserve a bit of the cooking water before draining the pasta.
- In a large pan, add the cooked pasta along with a few ladles of the reserved cooking water.
- Stir in the grated Pecorino Romano and freshly ground black pepper.
- Mix quickly to combine and create a creamy sauce, adding more water if necessary.
- Serve immediately with additional cheese and pepper on top.
Notes
Use a coarse grater for the Pecorino for a smoother incorporation into the pasta. Adjust the amount of black pepper to your taste.
