Description

Ingredients

  • 300 g of fettuccine
  • 100 g of butter
  • 250 ml of heavy cream
  • 100 g of grated parmesan
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  3. Add the heavy cream and bring to a boil.
  4. Stir in the parmesan and salt until the sauce is smooth and creamy.
  5. Toss the cooked fettuccine in the sauce until well coated.
  6. Serve immediately.

Notes

For an extra rich sauce, add a pinch of freshly grated nutmeg. Garnish with more parmesan and fresh basil before serving.
