- 2 apples
- 1 pot of plain yogurt
- 3 eggs
- 150g sugar
- 200g flour
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1 pinch of salt
- Cinnamon (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- In a bowl, mix yogurt, eggs, and sugar.
- Add oil and mix until smooth.
- Incorporate flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon (if desired), and mix until homogeneous.
- Peel and cut the apples into pieces, then fold them into the batter.
- Pour the batter into a greased and floured mold.
- Bake for about 30-35 minutes, or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
For added flavor, sprinkle a pinch of cinnamon or include nuts or raisins for texture. Serve with powdered sugar or chocolate shavings for decoration.
