- 250ml crème fraîche
- 50g butter

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Peel and slice the potatoes into thin rounds.
- Layer the potatoes in a baking dish, seasoning with minced garlic, salt, and pepper, then adding a layer of grated cheese.
- Repeat the layering until all ingredients are used.
- Pour the crème fraîche evenly over the top and add a few dots of butter.
- Bake for approximately 45 minutes, until golden and the potatoes are tender.
Notes
