Ingredients

  • 250ml crème fraîche
  • 50g butter
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Peel and slice the potatoes into thin rounds.
  3. Layer the potatoes in a baking dish, seasoning with minced garlic, salt, and pepper, then adding a layer of grated cheese.
  4. Repeat the layering until all ingredients are used.
  5. Pour the crème fraîche evenly over the top and add a few dots of butter.
  6. Bake for approximately 45 minutes, until golden and the potatoes are tender.

Notes
