Description

Delicious individual mini cheesecakes made with Kit Kat bars, perfect for impressing friends and family.


Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups Graham cracker crumbs
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
  • ¾ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy cream, whipped to stiff peaks
  • 1 cup chopped Kit Kat bars (about 45 bars)

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, mix Graham cracker crumbs and granulated sugar.
  2. Add melted butter and mix until combined.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of muffin tins or dessert cups. Refrigerate while preparing the filling.
  4. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
  5. Gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing well.
  6. Gently fold in the whipped cream until well combined, then add the chopped Kit Kat bars.
  7. Spread the filling over the chilled crusts and smooth the top.
  8. Top with additional Kit Kat pieces if desired.
  9. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight, until set.
  10. Enjoy these mini cheesecakes directly from the fridge!

Notes

For a more appealing presentation, serve in clear cups to showcase the layers. You can substitute Kit Kat with other chocolate bars or add fresh fruit for a pop of color.
