Delicious individual mini cheesecakes made with Kit Kat bars, perfect for impressing friends and family.
Ingredients

- 1 ½ cups Graham cracker crumbs
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
- ¾ cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy cream, whipped to stiff peaks
- 1 cup chopped Kit Kat bars (about 4–5 bars)
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, mix Graham cracker crumbs and granulated sugar.
- Add melted butter and mix until combined.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of muffin tins or dessert cups. Refrigerate while preparing the filling.
- In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
- Gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing well.
- Gently fold in the whipped cream until well combined, then add the chopped Kit Kat bars.
- Spread the filling over the chilled crusts and smooth the top.
- Top with additional Kit Kat pieces if desired.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight, until set.
- Enjoy these mini cheesecakes directly from the fridge!
Notes
For a more appealing presentation, serve in clear cups to showcase the layers. You can substitute Kit Kat with other chocolate bars or add fresh fruit for a pop of color.
