Ingredients

- 2 cups whipped cream
- 3 eggs
- 50 g sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- In a bowl, beat the egg yolks with the sugar until the mixture lightens in color.
- Add the instant coffee and vanilla extract, then mix well.
- In another bowl, whip the egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the egg whites into the coffee mixture.
- Carefully fold in the whipped cream.
- Divide the mousse into glasses and refrigerate for at least 120 minutes before serving.
