Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups whipped cream
  • 3 eggs
  • 50 g sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, beat the egg yolks with the sugar until the mixture lightens in color.
  2. Add the instant coffee and vanilla extract, then mix well.
  3. In another bowl, whip the egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff peaks form.
  4. Gently fold the egg whites into the coffee mixture.
  5. Carefully fold in the whipped cream.
  6. Divide the mousse into glasses and refrigerate for at least 120 minutes before serving.
