Ingredients

Scale
  • Spaghetti or tagliatelle
  • Mushrooms (funghi)
  • Salsiccia (sausage)
  • 1 medium onion (cipolla)
  • 23 cloves of garlic (aglio)
  • Fresh tomatoes (pomodoro), chopped
  • Extra virgin olive oil (olio d’oliva)
  • Salt (sale), to taste
  • Pepper (pepe), to taste
  • Grated parmesan cheese (parmigiano grattugiato), for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in boiling salted water.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté chopped onion and garlic.
  3. Add the sausage and mushrooms, cooking until browned.
  4. Add the tomatoes and cook for a few more minutes.
  5. Drain the pasta and combine it with the sauce.
  6. Mix well, adding salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Serve with grated parmesan.
