Ingredients
Scale
- Spaghetti or tagliatelle
- Mushrooms (funghi)
- Salsiccia (sausage)
- 1 medium onion (cipolla)
- 2–3 cloves of garlic (aglio)
- Fresh tomatoes (pomodoro), chopped
- Extra virgin olive oil (olio d’oliva)
- Salt (sale), to taste
- Pepper (pepe), to taste
- Grated parmesan cheese (parmigiano grattugiato), for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the pasta in boiling salted water.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté chopped onion and garlic.
- Add the sausage and mushrooms, cooking until browned.
- Add the tomatoes and cook for a few more minutes.
- Drain the pasta and combine it with the sauce.
- Mix well, adding salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve with grated parmesan.
