Description

A healthier alternative to traditional chocolate snacks, combining creamy skyr, coconut, honey, and dark chocolate.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 50 g of skyr
  • 40 g of grated coconut
  • 1 tsp of honey
  • 40 g of dark chocolate (minimum 70%)

Instructions

  1. Mix skyr, grated coconut, and honey in a large bowl until well combined.
  2. Shape the mixture into 4 small logs, compressing them to hold their shape.
  3. Melt dark chocolate using a bain-marie or microwave, being careful not to burn it.
  4. Dip the small logs in the melted chocolate until fully coated.
  5. Place the coated bites on a plate lined with parchment paper.
  6. Refrigerate or freeze until the chocolate hardens before serving.

Notes

For easier handling, use silicone gloves when coating with chocolate. You can add spices like cinnamon for an extra kick.
