A healthier alternative to traditional chocolate snacks, combining creamy skyr, coconut, honey, and dark chocolate.
Ingredients

- 50 g of skyr
- 40 g of grated coconut
- 1 tsp of honey
- 40 g of dark chocolate (minimum 70%)
Instructions
- Mix skyr, grated coconut, and honey in a large bowl until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into 4 small logs, compressing them to hold their shape.
- Melt dark chocolate using a bain-marie or microwave, being careful not to burn it.
- Dip the small logs in the melted chocolate until fully coated.
- Place the coated bites on a plate lined with parchment paper.
- Refrigerate or freeze until the chocolate hardens before serving.
Notes
For easier handling, use silicone gloves when coating with chocolate. You can add spices like cinnamon for an extra kick.
