Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 baguette or ciabatta
  • 4 medium tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped

  4. In a bowl, mix the chopped tomatoes, minced garlic, and basil.
  5. Add balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt, and pepper to the mixture.
  6. Once the bread is toasted, generously spread the tomato mixture on top.

Notes

Serve bruschetta immediately after topping to maintain its crispness. Adjust toppings according to seasonal ingredients.
