Description

A classic Italian bruschetta topped with fresh ingredients, perfect for sharing among friends and family.


Ingredients

  • 90 grams of melted butter
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • 3 onions
  • 1 jar of crème fraîche
  • 1 goat cheese
  • 1 pepper
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 mozzarella
  • 1 package of bacon bits
  • 1 bunch of basil
  • 1 grated parmesan

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius. Prepare a baking dish for the bread.
  2. Mix 90g of melted butter with chopped parsley and grated parmesan. Use a brush to coat the bruschetta bread.
  3. Bake for 15 minutes until golden brown.
  4. Sauté bacon bits with 1 sliced onion in a pan until crispy. Spread crème fraîche on the baked bread, top with mozzarella, bacon, sliced onions, and goat cheese rounds. Season with pepper and return to the oven until the cheese melts.
  5. Combine a diced tomato with 2 spring onions, mozzarella cubes, basil, salt, and pepper. Spread this mixture over the baked bread and garnish with parmesan.

Notes

Experiment with ingredient variations to suit your taste. A sprinkle of chili or lemon zest can elevate the flavors.
