Description

Delicious Spanish-style churros with a crispy exterior and soft interior, perfect for sharing.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup of water
  • 1/2 cup of butter
  • 1 cup of all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar
  • Oil for frying
  • Sugar and cinnamon for dusting

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, bring the water and butter to a boil.
  2. Add the flour, salt, and sugar, and mix until a smooth dough forms.
  3. Remove from heat and add the eggs one by one, mixing well.
  4. Heat the oil in a fryer.
  5. Fill a piping bag with the dough and form sticks into the hot oil.
  6. Fry until golden brown.
  7. Drain on paper towels and dust with sugar and cinnamon before serving.
