- 100g ham
- 30g butter
- Black pepper
- Tomato sauce
Instructions
- Preheat your grill or skillet.
- Butter one slice of bread on both sides.
- On the unbuttered side, spread mozzarella cheese, add ham slices, tomato sauce, and basil leaves.
- Cover with another slice of bread, butter the outside.
- Grill the sandwich until golden and crispy, then flip to cook the other side.
