  • 30g butter
  • Black pepper
  • Tomato sauce

Instructions

  2. Butter one slice of bread on both sides.
  3. On the unbuttered side, spread mozzarella cheese, add ham slices, tomato sauce, and basil leaves.
  4. Cover with another slice of bread, butter the outside.
  5. Grill the sandwich until golden and crispy, then flip to cook the other side.
