Instructions

- Peel and cut the apples into pieces.
- In a bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar and vanilla sugar.
- Add the yogurt, flour, baking powder, and a pinch of salt.
- Gently fold in the apple pieces.
- Pour the mixture into a buttered mold.
- Bake for 35 to 40 minutes.
- Allow to cool before unmolding.
