Description

Ingredients

  • 1 pot of plain yogurt

  • 100g sugar
  • 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
  • 50g flour
  • 1/2 sachet of baking powder
  • A pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. Peel and cut the apples into pieces.
  3. In a bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar and vanilla sugar.
  4. Add the yogurt, flour, baking powder, and a pinch of salt.
  5. Gently fold in the apple pieces.
  6. Pour the mixture into a buttered mold.
  7. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes.
  8. Allow to cool before unmolding.
