  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 4 large tortillas
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Garlic butter (for spreading)
  • Green onions (optional, for garnish)
  • Sour cream (optional, for serving)

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add ground beef and brown for 5-7 minutes, breaking it into small pieces.
  3. Drain excess fat, then add onions and cook for 3-4 minutes until softened.
  4. Add garlic and cook for an additional minute.
  5. Stir in tomato paste, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, and cumin; simmer for 3-5 minutes.
  6. Spread garlic butter on the center of each tortilla.
  7. Divide the meat mixture evenly between the tortillas, then sprinkle shredded cheeses on top.
  8. Roll the tortillas tightly and cook seam-side down in a skillet over medium heat for 2-3 minutes until golden brown; flip and cook the other side.
  9. Serve sliced diagonally, garnished with fresh cilantro and with optional toppings on the side.
