Description

- 2 Carrots, grated
- 2 Zucchinis, grated
- 1 Bell Pepper, diced
- 1 Cucumber, diced
- 200g Fresh Cheese
- Fresh Herbs (Basil, Chives, or Parsley)
- Juice of 1 Lemon
- Salt and Pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Grate the carrots and zucchinis.
- Dice the bell pepper and cucumber.
- In a bowl, mix the fresh cheese with herbs, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- In a mold, alternate layers of grated vegetables and cheese mixture.
- Refrigerate for a few hours before serving.
- Demold and serve chilled.
Notes
Choose seasonal vegetables for variety and flavor enhancement. Wrap the mold with plastic wrap for easy demolding.
