A visually stunning and delicious cake featuring a combination of cocoa and fresh cheese with hints of candied orange.
Ingredients

- 1 tsp cocoa powder (milk)
- 1 tsp cocoa powder (dark)
- 230 g cream cheese
- 70 g sugar
- 30 ml orange syrup
- 4 sheets gelatin
- 50 ml hot milk
- 110 g whipped cream
- 50 g candied orange
- Milk chocolate
- Dark chocolate
Instructions
- Prepare the biscuit dough.
- Place cocoa powder in two small bowls.
- Add about 2 tablespoons of dough to each bowl and mix.
- Fill piping bags with the contents from each bowl.
- Drop thick dollops of milk chocolate dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, leaving space.
- Surround the milk chocolate drops with dark chocolate dough.
- Preheat the oven to 180°C and bake for 2 minutes on the air circulation setting.
- Spread the remaining biscuit dough on the baking sheet and smooth it out.
- Bake for 18 minutes at the same temperature and let the cake cool.
- Flip the cake using a cutting board and remove the parchment paper. Cut the cake into three strips lengthwise.
Notes
Ensure the dark chocolate dough is thick enough to surround the milk chocolate drops. Use a spatula to smooth the biscuit dough for an even surface.
