- 600g de tomates mûres
- 200g de sauce tomate
- 150g de mozzarella
- 1 oignon
- 2 gousses d’ail
- Fresh basil
- Olive oil

Instructions
- Prepare all ingredients: peel and chop the onion and garlic, dice tomatoes, and cut mozzarella into small pieces.
- Cook the gnocchis according to packaging instructions.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté onion and garlic until golden.
- Add tomatoes and sauce to the skillet, simmer for 10 minutes.
- Incorporate cream into the sauce, then add mozzarella and mix until melted.
- Toss cooked gnocchis in the sauce gently and serve immediately with fresh basil on top.
