A comforting and flavorful gratin made with delicate ravioles, fresh zucchini, and creamy goat cheese.
Ingredients

- 2 boxes of Ravioles du Dauphiné (8 sheets)
- 800 g of zucchini
- 2 fresh onions
- 40 cl of goat cheese cream (2 pots)
- 2 balls of mozzarella
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- Fresh thyme
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Wash the zucchinis and onions, then slice them thinly.
- Arrange half of the sliced vegetables in a greased baking dish.
- Add one pot of goat cheese cream, season with salt, pepper, and sprinkle fresh thyme.
- Cover with 4 sheets of ravioles.
- Repeat the process with the remaining vegetables, cream, and ravioles.
- Top with mozzarella slices and drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake the gratin for about 25 minutes.
- Serve with fresh thyme leaves.
Notes
For a golden crust, ensure even distribution of mozzarella on top. Experiment with different cheeses according to your preference.
