Gratin de Ravioles aux Courgettes et Crème de Chèvre

Description

A comforting and flavorful gratin made with delicate ravioles, fresh zucchini, and creamy goat cheese.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 boxes of Ravioles du Dauphiné (8 sheets)
  • 800 g of zucchini
  • 2 fresh onions
  • 40 cl of goat cheese cream (2 pots)
  • 2 balls of mozzarella
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Fresh thyme

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. Wash the zucchinis and onions, then slice them thinly.
  3. Arrange half of the sliced vegetables in a greased baking dish.
  4. Add one pot of goat cheese cream, season with salt, pepper, and sprinkle fresh thyme.
  5. Cover with 4 sheets of ravioles.
  6. Repeat the process with the remaining vegetables, cream, and ravioles.
  7. Top with mozzarella slices and drizzle with olive oil.
  8. Bake the gratin for about 25 minutes.
  9. Serve with fresh thyme leaves.

Notes

For a golden crust, ensure even distribution of mozzarella on top. Experiment with different cheeses according to your preference.
