Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add onion, garlic, and bell pepper, sauté until the onion is translucent.
- Add diced tomatoes and paprika, and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Incorporate the fish, shrimp, and mussels.
- Pour in the fish stock and white wine.

- Season with salt and pepper, then garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
