Ingredients

  • 200g shrimp
  • 100g mussels
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves garlic

  • 2 tomatoes
  • 250ml fish stock
  • 150ml white wine
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  2. Add onion, garlic, and bell pepper, sauté until the onion is translucent.
  3. Add diced tomatoes and paprika, and simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Incorporate the fish, shrimp, and mussels.
  5. Pour in the fish stock and white wine.
  6. Cover and let cook on low for about 15 minutes, until the seafood is cooked.
  7. Season with salt and pepper, then garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
