Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté chopped onions and garlic until translucent.
- Add ground beef, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned.
- Incorporate tomato sauce and let simmer for 15 minutes.
- For the béchamel, melt butter in a saucepan, add flour to form a roux, then gradually add milk while whisking until thickened. Season with salt.
- In a baking dish, layer lasagne sheets, bolognese, béchamel, and mozzarella. Repeat until all ingredients are used, finishing with béchamel and mozzarella.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30 to 40 minutes until bubbling and golden.
- Let rest for a few minutes before serving.
