  • Tomato sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté chopped onions and garlic until translucent.
  3. Add ground beef, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned.
  4. Incorporate tomato sauce and let simmer for 15 minutes.
  5. For the béchamel, melt butter in a saucepan, add flour to form a roux, then gradually add milk while whisking until thickened. Season with salt.
  6. In a baking dish, layer lasagne sheets, bolognese, béchamel, and mozzarella. Repeat until all ingredients are used, finishing with béchamel and mozzarella.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 to 40 minutes until bubbling and golden.
  8. Let rest for a few minutes before serving.
