- Your choice of chicken or vegetables
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine yogurt, tandoori masala, lemon juice, garlic, ginger, salt, cumin, and paprika. Mix well to form a marinade.
- Add chicken or vegetables to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Arrange the marinated chicken or vegetables on a baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes or until well cooked and slightly charred.
- Serve hot with naan and a salad.
Notes
For best flavor, marinate longer. Using bone-in chicken enhances tenderness.
