Description

A flavorful and spicy dish made with marinated chicken or vegetables, perfect for gathering friends and family.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups plain yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons tandoori masala
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 inch ginger, grated
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Your choice of chicken or vegetables

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine yogurt, tandoori masala, lemon juice, garlic, ginger, salt, cumin, and paprika. Mix well to form a marinade.
  2. Add chicken or vegetables to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
  3. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  4. Arrange the marinated chicken or vegetables on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes or until well cooked and slightly charred.
  6. Serve hot with naan and a salad.

Notes

For best flavor, marinate longer. Using bone-in chicken enhances tenderness.
