- 1 Melon, diced
- 1 Concombre, diced
- 200g Feta, crumbled
- Fresh mint leaves, chopped
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Cut the melon and cucumber into cubes.
- In a large bowl, combine the melon and cucumber cubes.
- Add the crumbled feta and chopped mint leaves.
- Prepare the dressing by mixing the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the salad, mix, and serve cold.
Notes
For best flavor, use fresh ingredients. Adjust balsamic vinegar to preference for sweetness.
