Description

A refreshing summer salad combining the sweetness of melon, the crunch of cucumber, and the saltiness of feta, enhanced with fresh mint and a simple dressing.


Ingredients

  • 1 Melon, diced
  • 1 Concombre, diced
  • 200g Feta, crumbled
  • Fresh mint leaves, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Cut the melon and cucumber into cubes.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the melon and cucumber cubes.
  3. Add the crumbled feta and chopped mint leaves.
  4. Prepare the dressing by mixing the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper.
  5. Pour the dressing over the salad, mix, and serve cold.

Notes

For best flavor, use fresh ingredients. Adjust balsamic vinegar to preference for sweetness.
