Ingredients

- 3 eggs
- 100 g of sugar
- 30 cl of liquid cream
- 150 ml of strong coffee
- A pinch of salt
Instructions
- In a large bowl, separate the egg whites from the yolks.
- Beat the yolks with the sugar until creamy.
- Add the warm coffee to the yolk and sugar mixture, then mix gently.
- Whip the egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff peaks form.
- Carefully fold the egg whites into the coffee mixture without deflating.
- In another bowl, whip the liquid cream until light and fluffy.
- Slowly fold the whipped cream into the prepared mixture.
- Divide the preparation into cups or ramekins.
- Refrigerate for at least one hour before serving.
Notes
For enhanced flavor, consider adding a hint of vanilla. Adjust the coffee amount for a stronger taste.
