Description

A lightweight and aromatic coffee mousse that is quick to prepare, making it a perfect dessert for gatherings.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 eggs
  • 100 g of sugar
  • 30 cl of liquid cream
  • 150 ml of strong coffee
  • A pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, separate the egg whites from the yolks.
  2. Beat the yolks with the sugar until creamy.
  3. Add the warm coffee to the yolk and sugar mixture, then mix gently.
  4. Whip the egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff peaks form.
  5. Carefully fold the egg whites into the coffee mixture without deflating.
  6. In another bowl, whip the liquid cream until light and fluffy.
  7. Slowly fold the whipped cream into the prepared mixture.
  8. Divide the preparation into cups or ramekins.
  9. Refrigerate for at least one hour before serving.

Notes

For enhanced flavor, consider adding a hint of vanilla. Adjust the coffee amount for a stronger taste.
