Description

Delicious chocolate muffins with a melting hazelnut spread center, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 œufs
  • 130g de sucre
  • 7g de levure chimique
  • 150g de farine
  • 40g de cacao
  • 180g de crème liquide entière
  • De la pâte à tartiner
  • Des pépites de chocolat

Instructions

  1. Prepare the hazelnut spread by forming small balls on parchment paper and freeze while you prepare the batter.
  2. Whisk eggs and sugar together for 5 minutes until the mixture triples in volume and whitens.
  3. Combine all dry ingredients (flour, cocoa, baking powder) in a bowl.
  4. Whip the cream until stiff and keep refrigerated.
  5. Sift dry ingredients over the egg and sugar mixture and fold gently with a spatula.
  6. Finally, fold in the whipped cream and chocolate chips in two batches.
  7. Scoop mixture into muffin tins and place frozen hazelnut spread in the center of each muffin before baking.

Notes

Incorporating whipped cream carefully helps keep the muffins light and airy. You can substitute some of the cream with yogurt or dried fruits for variation.
