- 200 g linguine or spaghetti
- 250 g shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 200 ml crème fraîche
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Boil water in a large pot and add salt. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
- While the pasta is cooking, heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until golden.
- Add the shrimp to the pan and cook until they turn pink.
- Once the shrimp are cooked, stir in the crème fraîche and simmer gently to combine flavors.
- Drain the pasta, reserving some cooking water, and toss it with the sauce in the pan. Adjust the consistency with the reserved water if needed.
- Season with salt and pepper. Serve hot, garnished with parsley.
Notes
For extra flavor, consider adding chili flakes or paprika when cooking the shrimp. Use high-quality pasta for the best texture.
