Ingredients

Scale
  • 200 g linguine or spaghetti
  • 250 g shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 200 ml crème fraîche
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Boil water in a large pot and add salt. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
  2. While the pasta is cooking, heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until golden.
  3. Add the shrimp to the pan and cook until they turn pink.
  4. Once the shrimp are cooked, stir in the crème fraîche and simmer gently to combine flavors.
  5. Drain the pasta, reserving some cooking water, and toss it with the sauce in the pan. Adjust the consistency with the reserved water if needed.
  6. Season with salt and pepper. Serve hot, garnished with parsley.

Notes

For extra flavor, consider adding chili flakes or paprika when cooking the shrimp. Use high-quality pasta for the best texture.
