- 300g penne pasta
- 400g chicken breast, cut into pieces
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 200ml crème fleurette
- 50ml chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Parmesan cheese, for serving
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
- In a skillet, heat the olive oil and butter over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onion and sauté until tender and translucent.
- Add the chicken pieces and cook until golden brown, stirring regularly.
- Sprinkle the paprika, curry, garlic powder, salt, and pepper over the chicken and mix well.
- Once the chicken is cooked, gently add the crème fleurette and chicken broth, stirring to combine.
- Reduce heat and let the sauce simmer until thickened, about 5-10 minutes.
- Combine the cooked penne with the sauce until well coated.
- Serve hot, garnished with grated Parmesan and fresh parsley.
