Instructions
- Marinate the chicken by rubbing the lime juice, salt, and pepper on the thighs.
- In a bowl, mix the yogurt, garlic, ginger, and spices together.
- Coat each chicken thigh with the marinade.
- Refrigerate for 6 to 24 hours.
- Preheat the grill to high and prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Cook the chicken for 15 to 20 minutes until the tops are slightly dry; flip and cook for an additional 10 minutes until fully cooked.
