  • 1 lime (juice)
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 7 ounces plain Greek yogurt
  • 5 cloves garlic (chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger (chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon ground cumin
  • 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken by rubbing the lime juice, salt, and pepper on the thighs.
  2. In a bowl, mix the yogurt, garlic, ginger, and spices together.
  3. Coat each chicken thigh with the marinade.
  4. Refrigerate for 6 to 24 hours.
  5. Preheat the grill to high and prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Cook the chicken for 15 to 20 minutes until the tops are slightly dry; flip and cook for an additional 10 minutes until fully cooked.
