Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Cut the rhubarb into pieces and sauté it in a pan with 50g of butter and 50g of sugar until tender.
- Mix the flour, 50g of sugar, and 50g of butter in a bowl until you achieve a crumbly texture.
- Place the sautéed rhubarb in a baking dish and spread the crumble mixture evenly on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the crumble is golden.
- Serve warm or at room temperature.
Notes
For best results, use fresh rhubarb and cut it into uniform pieces for even cooking. Pair with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream for an extra treat.
