- 4 chipolatas
- 4 carrots
- 220 g basmati rice
- 1 parsnip
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Peel and slice the onion.
- Peel the carrots and parsnip, then cut them into rounds.
- Heat the oil in a sauté pan and cook the vegetables for five minutes, stirring regularly.
- Add 500 ml of water and pour in the rice.
- Cut the sausages into rounds and mix them into the sauté pan.
- Cover with a lid and cook for 15 minutes.
Notes
For additional flavors, consider adding peas or zucchini. Always taste and adjust seasoning before serving.
