Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 courgettes
  • 200 g de feta
  • 250 g de mascarpone
  • 2 œufs
  • Fresh basil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Olive oil
  • Salty biscuits (sablés type)

Instructions

  1. Wash and slice the zucchinis thinly.
  2. Sauté them in a pan with a bit of olive oil until tender. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. In a bowl, mix the crushed feta, mascarpone, eggs, and chopped basil until smooth.
  4. In a dish, start layering: salty biscuits, zucchini, and feta cream.
  5. Repeat until all ingredients are used up.
  6. Finish with a layer of cream.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 120 minutes before serving.
  8. Enjoy cold as an appetizer.

Notes

Use young zucchinis for a sweeter taste. For a spicier kick, consider adding Espelette pepper or black pepper.
