Ingredients

- 3 courgettes
- 200 g de feta
- 250 g de mascarpone
- 2 œufs
- Fresh basil
- Salt
- Pepper
- Olive oil
- Salty biscuits (sablés type)
Instructions
- Wash and slice the zucchinis thinly.
- Sauté them in a pan with a bit of olive oil until tender. Season with salt and pepper.
- In a bowl, mix the crushed feta, mascarpone, eggs, and chopped basil until smooth.
- In a dish, start layering: salty biscuits, zucchini, and feta cream.
- Repeat until all ingredients are used up.
- Finish with a layer of cream.
- Refrigerate for at least 120 minutes before serving.
- Enjoy cold as an appetizer.
Notes
Use young zucchinis for a sweeter taste. For a spicier kick, consider adding Espelette pepper or black pepper.
